SOUND
By sinking penny whistles into the inflatables, the inflatables are given dischordant voices to narrate their expansion (and subsequent compression when crushed by an expanding neighbour). The whistles are set at different depths so as to produce different combinations of notes, giving each mass a unique harmonic voice with which to cry out as they inflate, or as they are pushed or squeezed by the boundaries of the space and each other.
